If you are from FRANCE log into your account and do the steps without use any proxy.
If you are from anywhere else you will need to use a webproxy.
Use one of these:
Paste in the proxy url bar this:

Log in to your account:
To receive the black jacket, you need to type this into the proxy URL:
To receive the dress, you need to click on the little circle that is under the dress next to the JE JOUE button and you will be redirected to the Official site on France, wait until the page loads and close the window.
Done!! Now you can leave the proxy and go to normal Stardoll.
